  They sold me a High Yield Checking account by saying it paid 2.5% every single month. The problem Is the account only pays 2.5% a year (ANNUALLY) divided into 12 monthly payments. That is a HUGE difference. How can they sell an account by giving wrong information that is too good to be true? How is it that professional bankers don't understand the interest rate formula? When I tried to explain their error to them they insisted they had it correct and that I was wrong. After about 15 minutes of education they finally admitted that they were wrong. Have you ever been told by intellectually inferior people that you were incorrect when you were actually 100% correct? It was beyond frustrating. The bank manager Karyn is not qualified for her job.
